The Israeli Leadership Club, with the support of
the Consulate General, hosted a delegation of ten teenagers from the city of
Sderot. Representing their city and Israel with pride, this delegation lead
a public diplomacy campaign to raise the awareness to the situation in
Sderot. At the same time, they enjoied the great attractions Los Angeles can
offer and a warm hug from the local community. The kids were the guests of
honor in the "Live for Sderot" concert and were in the center of this entire
campaign. Taking an advantage of Web Technologies, the delegation is
building relationships with teenagers from our community before, during and
after their visit.
