ILC is proud to help launch Shevet Harel, the new Tzofim group in the city!

Sponsored by the ILC, Shevet Harel is a new Tzofim group located in the city that is now up and running! The ILC salutes Tania Goldreich for leading the group and welcomes our new Shlicha from Israel, Dana Elkis. The year will start off in December and programming will be directed to children ages 8-14. Programs will include numerous trips, holiday activities, and community events. The programs will be conducted in Hebrew and are aimed to strengthening the young Tzofim members’ connection to Israel and to the Israeli identity. Tzofim Shevet Harel hope to strengthen relations amongst Israeli teenagers in the city and to develop and nourish their leadership skills. The Shevet will conduct its programs on Sundays at the Westside JCC.
